Candi “Phoenixes” Walker is a Washington Based Freelance Illustrator, Character Designer and Artisan Crafter with 30 years experience.Most of my art consists of cartoon characters, animal characters, monsters and mythical characters, as well as fantasy, horror and whimsical elements.
